A-B-E Wins Boys and Girls Team Titles at Border West CC Invite

The Ashby-Brandon-Evansville Cross Country teams had a good day at the Border West Invitational on Saturday.  The girls won their event and the boys were first with 40 points, edging the host team by one point in their event.

Julia Schmidt of Border West won the girls race with a time of 22:14.96.  Morgan Navratil of Tri-State was runner-up with a time of 23:32.26 and third place went to Ashley Paulson of Ashby-Brandon-Evansville with a time of 24:06.82.

Logan Froemming of A-B-E won the boys individual title with a time of 18:36.86.  Joe Arens of Border West was runner-up with a time of 19:04.71, and third place went to Jacob Cloos of Ortonville with a time of 19:26.77.
