The Ashby Arrows ran their record to 14-1 with a 13-3 trouncing of the Sebeka Trojans on Tuesday.  The Arrows tallied 11 hits on the day, led by Mattson Hoff who went 3-for-3 at the plate. Brodie Ecker came through with a pair of knocks for the Arrows, including a 2-run double in the first inning.

“We hit the ball really well tonight,” said Head coach Jared Larson of Ashby.  “It was especially fun to see Max Gronwold get his first varsity hit!”

A five-run fourth inning, including a home run from Hunter Norby, broke the game open for Ashby.  Carter Spangler (3IP, 0R, 2H, 4K, 1BB) was the winning pitcher.  Carson Spangler and Hunter Norby entered the game out of the bullpen and helped to close out the game in relief.
